Objective To search, evaluate and integrate the relevant evidence on the prevention and management of port-related venous thromboembolism(VTE) in cancer patients, and to provide references for clinical practice. Methods We searched CNKI,the BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,Cochrane Library,JBI Database,CINAHL,Embase,PubMed,China Guideline Clearinghouse(CGC),Scottish Interhospital Guidelines Network(SIGN),National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC),American Intravenous Nurses Society(INS),National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN),American Society of Clinical Oncology(ASCO),European Society for Medical Oncology(ESMO),and Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) for relevant guidelines, systematic reviews, evidence summaries, recommended practices, and expert consensuses. The retrieval period is from the inception of databases to March 10,2021. Results A total of 12 articles were enrolled, including 4 clinical practice guidelines,5 systematic reviews,1 evidence summary and 2 expert consensuses. Totally 30 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 6 aspects, namely VTE risk assessment, catheter placement and maintenance, screening and diagnosis, prevention, management and treatment and health education. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence on the prevention and management of port-related VTE in cancer patients. Nurses and nursing managers can select and apply the evidence according to clinical situation and patients’ wishes,so as to form a scientific,evidence-based,cancer port-related VTE prevention and management scheme, and improve nursing quality.

Chinese Journal of Nursing    2020, 55 (2): 243-249.   DOI: 10.3761/j.issn.0254-1769.2020.02.015
Abstract390)   HTML1)    PDF (1535KB)(3)       Save

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of whole-body vibration(WBV) training on balance ability of the elderly. Methods We searched databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,PEDro,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang, and VIP and selected all randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that reported the effects of WBV in the elderly. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3. The retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to March 2019. Results A total of 25 RCTs involving 1 763 old people were finally included. Meta-analysis results showed that WBV improved dynamic balance, static balance and functional balance of the elderly, and reduced the rate of falls(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in improving the physical health and mental health of the elderly(P>0.05). Conclusion WBV was effective in improving dynamic balance, static balance and functional balance of the elderly,as well as reducing the incidence of falls, but the effect is not significant in improving physical health and mental health.

Application and effect of virtual cognitive rehabilitation training in breast cancer patients with cognitive impairment after chemotherapy
CHEN Xiaomin,JIN Aixiang,ZHU Hui,ZHANG Danni
Chinese Journal of Nursing    2019, 54 (5): 664-667.   DOI: 10.3761/j.issn.0254-1769.2019.05.005
Abstract582)   HTML1)    PDF (987KB)(8)       Save

Objective To explore the effect of virtual cognitive rehabilitation training on cognitive function and activities of daily living among breast cancer patients with cognitive impairment. Methods Eighty breast cancer patients with cognitive impairment after chemotherapy received cognitive intervention training. Before and after intervention, clinical effects of virtual cognitive rehabilitation training were evaluated by Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale,Activity of Daily Living Scale,Mini-Mental State scale, and semi-structured interviews. Results After 8-week-intervention,the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of ADL were lower than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). All patients gave recognition of effects of virtual cognitive rehabilitation training on improving cognitive function, while they were willing to continue this training. Conclusion Virtual cognitive rehabilitation training can improve cognitive function and daily life ability of breast cancer patients with cognitive impairment after chemotherapy.
